Smile How to face this situation

If a person has been asked to resign from a existing job and if in the interview of the new company that the person attends he was posed a question about this namely like have you been asked to resign from your previous company any time how should the person answer this question. Obviously I suppose the person has to give a true answer but how smart the person can focus this and face the situation in a smarter way.

The person can focus the work achievements and then say that due to the change in management rules which was not liked by majority of people the decision of such a thing arose. But he or she can say that till the moment the person was in service they did an excellent job and give records for that and can conclude that they would continue to give their excellent service for the present company.
