    Post Real Time ENV

    Hi,
    Seasons Greetings!

I want to know the real time environment from where you actual code jsp or servlets or a java program. I mean how your project manager or Team leader asks you to do develope the code. Take the example of jsp's, Will they ask you to code a bunch of jsp's at a time from a given module or.................

More precisely How is work alloted too you and how they are integrated ?

I request you to please input your experience. Examples are highly appreciated.
