    Re: HR question

Whenever any interviewer asks you that why should we hire you then simply say’”as i have desired qualifications and experience and moreover i am very confident to do said work and hardworker enough, that’s why i think i am fit for the said position.” you can add more like you are go-getter,motivated and co-ordinated or co-operative in nature etc. These skills will help you! also if he asks you that what is your weakness then answer in such a way that it becomes your strength i.e. ” i am very impatient in nature and very critical about myself.whenever any work goes wrong by me i critice myself and do again until it completes!” you can add more by taking any hint from this line.

    Re: HR question

Believe it or not this is a killer question because so many candidates are unprepared for it.

If you know the employer's greatest needs and desires ,this question will give you abig leg up over other candidates because you will give him better reason for hiring you than anyone else is likely to..reason tied directly to his needs.

You can simply say i have the desired qualification and experienced required by u for that particular post.So i think im eligilble for this job.Im harding working and also sincere.
