How would you test a new user interface that had been placed on an exisiting system. What aspects would you look at?

There would have been requirements defined as to why the new UI has been proposed and why its need was realized. Similarly, what new UI aspects are achieved should also have been defined along with the requirements.
All the tests for the new UI should be based on such requirements.
Lack of WILL POWER has caused more failure than
lack of INTELLIGENCE or ABILITY.
