    Hi friends, Interview questions :

    1. What will a tester do if the developer rejects or doesnt accept the bug you report. though you try to show the snap shots what would be your next step

    2. What are the quality factors ...explain Cost of quality

    3. What is root cause analysis

    4. Explain fisher model

    1.if a developer doesnt accept the bug even after giving screen shot and detailed explanation,first report to the pm and if needed arrange a meeting regarding this issue.
    2. Quality factors are divided into 2 categories development oriented modifiability portability reusability testability usage oriented auditability capacity configurability correctness dependability efficiency interoperability look and feel performance utility/usability
