    Creating an Output Value?????

    Hi all,

    What is the use of Text output value in QTP? How we can create "Text Output Value" in QTP???

    This si same as working with getROProperty as this will yield the runtime value of a variable or a textbox or to whatever it is associated with.

    Hope this helps you for more detail you can refer the helpBook and if you have any specific Q then you can write Specifically and will try to answer that...

    By creating output values, we can capture the values that the application takes for each run and output them to the data table.

    Steps for creating text output values are
    1 Start QuickTest and open the Parameter test.
    2 Save the test as Output.
    3 Confirm that the Active Screen option is enabled.
    4 Select the text you want to use as an output value.
    5 Set the output value settings.
    6 Modify the table checkpoint.
    7 Save the test.
