    Which is better for me

I have 6 years of IT experience. I was working in VB,Oracle, SQL server as a developer. I got married & i was on leave for some days before.
I have resumed now. I want to change my career path now. I want to choose that path where i can look after my family also & which will not affect my career growth also.
I am not interested in coding now. I want to switch to non-tecnical side.
I have the options of Business Analyst, Transition management, Quality (QA).
But i am in confusion which is better for me. As i am in OS (Outsourcing) department, i used to work in shifts before marriage which is not possible now
    Please advice me on this.

It is always true that to get somthing you need to loose something. But it seems you are not at all ready for that. You don't want to compromise and get all the benefits. Be practical my dear , be practical.
