    Wedding month

Jack is going to randomly pick a day of the year for his wedding. Once he chooses the day, what is the least likely month it will be in?

    Yeah..Ur right shenoy..

But can u please give a small explanation (giving consideration for various alternatives or possibilities) although the answer seems to be implicit.

Also can u specify the least likely day of his wedding??

    hi raju

i got the answer keeping in mind the concept of probability. All months

consists of 30 or 31 days.Feb has the least number of days. also

the date can be feb 29.Right?

    bye

    Re: Wedding month

    Hi shenoy,
That was what i was expecting for!!Even while considering the leap year., the least probable month will be february.

And reg the least likely date., the answer is feb 29th if it was a leap year.In other cases., all days of febuary are equqlly likely...

And ur concept of probability is right shenoy.Good work!!!
