i am new to testing.
can any one guide me about
web testing.
(i s it two tire applicationr three tire application)
sample of any web application test case in financial application.

Web based applications are three tired applications....the request will be generated by the client and processed by the application server...to complete that request appl server interact with DB server...finally appl server send a rsponce to the client.....

there wont be any special type of test cases for a web based applications...need to cover security..Access control , authorisation....after that normal flow of the application....

But for a web based application we need to execute all the testcases for different browsers atleast...
