    HP open view is a best monitoring tool... its works on SNMP protocol. it discover the network and analysis the server and report the error log or generate the ticket.....

    HPOV - HP OpenView is tool related to service desk operations where tickets will be logged in case of a IT related issue. This tools maintains the CMDB of a particular organisation by which a ticket can be logged on the end user's name stating the issue and assigning it to the related groups

    What is difference between TCP/IP and UDP?

    TCP/IP is connection oriented protocol eg:-smtp, icmp, ftp.
    UDP is connection less protocol eg:-tftp, dns, telnet

    The difference between TCP and UDP is just like a Postman & Courier boy...

    TCP provides us acknowledgement of data transmission BUT UDP doesn't provide us any acknowledgement of data transmission..
