Framework is a collection of all the documents, software, hardware and sometimes resources as well. The documents and software would contain Scenarios with preconditions and postconditions, Test Entry and Exit Criteria, Test Cases with steps to follow, Test tool & scripts, Test environment with access privillages (both app and db) etc etc.
Lack of WILL POWER has caused more failure than
lack of INTELLIGENCE or ABILITY.

Frame work is a predefined procedure..that all the team members needs to follow...why because...it will be easy to understand by any new joinies to ur team also...every company will have their own frame work...it will be usefulll to make all the stufff as re usable and easy to understand
