    "Why does we will come to know that a project is a failure only after it fails" is there any way to avoid this situation?

    Hi krishna,
    For handling this kind of situations we are having test engineers and QA’s, after testing also it fails means there will be plenty of reasons for that failure,
    From designing level of project to Implementation level of it. That means in between starting to ending of the project some were it was misleaded.
