    I have given 5 test cases in excel sheet

    Hi,

    Could any one answer my question.
    I have given 5 test cases in excel sheet. How should i write that test case in test director. Run that test case and save the results in test director. If it is manual and automated test case...

    Hi buddy,
    Actually if u have Test director's Microsoft Excel Add-in..U can export the Excel to Test Director..
    Well if u wanna write means go to -->Test Plan and there u can start writing ur cases
    As it is very user friendly u can easily identify the process of running the cases too

    Using the "Export to Test Director" wizard you can upload 'n' number of test cases from Excel to Test Director. Also, in the Test Plan tab of the Test Director you can write the Test cases manually.

    requirement tab: tracks the requirements
    test plan: we write test cases depending on requirements
    and map the requirements to the coressponding testcases.
    testlab: we execute our testcases.
    defects:any issuses/bugs we create a defect.
