    Stepping Down From Moderation

    Hi All,
I could see that these days, I am not doing a great job moderating. Many people are dissatified with the way I moderate or comment.

May be this comes in as a paradox to my previous thread here in this forum titled "Need For More Moderators", I would like to step down from the moderator's role here.

I will continue to be a member here. Will continue sharing knowledge, but will not poke my nose in moderation.

It was real fun as moderator. Thanks for all those who were of great help during this roughly 40day fun.

    Hope Geek reaches real hights.
Thank you all for giving me the opportunity to moderate a great forum like this.

    Cheers!
    Kalayama

    Dear kalayama,

I did not expect this to happen.
As I have said earlier... You have been a source of inspiration here around.
Each and every post of yours leaves an strong impression in itself.
The level of your energy and enthusiasm in moderating this forums have been a beckon of hope and inspiration for many of us here.
It is evident that none of us here are happy with this decision,
Kindly think again, We all need you here...
The number of people benefiting from your knowledge far out number than those few who are dissatisfed...

    Re: Stepping Down From Moderation

    Hi All,
I am touched by your faith in me. It is really an honour to see such comments. May I just got carried away looking at some people's comments. I was really hurt to see that, comments which I posted with good intention hurt someone else's feelings. I almost thought that my comments were creating harm to this forum.

I would like to express my sincierest apologies for the one's who were hurt by my posts. My only intension was to maintain some standard here so that other forums look up to GeekInterview. I repeat, hurting anyone's feeling was never my intention.

If my moderation helps the forum, then I am willing to continue as maderator because I always enjoyed moderating here. I have gained back some portion of my lost faith by seeing your replies in this thread.

    Thanks a lot friends.

    Cheers!
