Read or write from a mainframe file

I got a mainframe whose size is around 11MB. Which stage shall use to import it and load it to Teradata table? I understand that Sequential file cannot be used beacause it doesn't support such a huge file size. Can anybody help me in this regard?

I'm not sure where you're getting your info, but a 11meg mainframe file is NOT large.

The last time I checked, the max was 4gb and that was quite some time ago.

If you need to download it to a little PC, you could use FTP or IND$FILE.

If you meant to ask some other question, please be more specific.
