    How to reach my dream career

    I am working as Software test engineer for 2 yrs and I want to shift to software development? I am a B.E in computers 2005 passout. I really do not know how to reach my dream career? Please can any body guide me before it becomes to late?

    Only dreaming is not enough to achieve the carrier goals. You need to practise a lot for that .Choose a programming language of your choice and start prepairing for that from right now.
