    JavaMail configuration

    Hi,
    Can anyone help in JavaMail package. I want to create a application which will allow the user to send or receive mails.
    For that, I have downloaded a package jms(Java Mail Server not java messaging service). I installed that, but i dont know how to configure. Even not able to start the server.
    The help file shows we can create users, delete users, configuring smtp, configuring pop3, creating groups, etc...
    I am not looking particularly this server alone. Any server no problem. I just

    Can anyhow give me demo example to do this...?

    Please download the Java mail API from the sun.com..it freely avialable......place the mail.jar file to ..jk1.6/lib/ext and run some simple programs wat they provided....
