Which type of course I can pursue

I am doing MCA (Distance Education) from Sikkim Manipal University. I am working on the functional side of Siebel. After completing MCA - which type of course I can pursue so that I can change from Functional side to Development Side in Software field? I was being told about C-DAC, but which course should I choose?

if you are intrested to go for C-DAC well and good, that is one of the bset courses offered in india,with 99.99% gurantee of pracement . for that u need to prepare a lot and need to qualify all-india on-line test. There you have cover a lot of things within six months.
