    Actually the question is not clear.

    What I understand is, among the set of actions that you iterate in the data driven testing, you want to iterate a particular action more number of times than the other actions in the list.

    In such case, there must be some criteria as to for which data that action should be executed and for which data it should not be executed. If so, you will have to write a conditional structure in the test script that iterates the action more number of times than the other actions.

    I hope what I understood from the question is correct and also hope you understand my solution to it.

    Edit > Action > Action Call Properties

    Choose "Run on all rows"
