Waht is "testing application in vb.net/java" in black box testing?

When a job requirement says that "experience in testing of java applications or testing of applications in vb is needed"; what are they exactly looking for? Where does the difference in testing lies exactly? Does that matter in black box testing?

It doesn’t make a whole lot of difference in black box testing.

May be they want to designate the task of integration testing or some part of white-box testing to the test team.

Lack of WILL POWER has caused more failure than
    lack of INTELLIGENCE or ABILITY.

    Ya ofcourse,
    It's matter.

You know the weakness of language in which application is developed as per your experience, so it's important.
