    How to convert a cobol indexed file? I tried using the complex flat file and i specify my cobol file defintions but when i try to view data i got junk.

    Pardon me, I'm not sure what you're asking.

    Are you asking how to convert a sequential file to a VSAM file?
    If you're writing a file and are unable to read it, no conversion is going to help you.
