Career change depends and varies from person to person. May be the present career or industry is down in market. May be the person dont have an aim or goal. He may be attracted by other industry where he can get huge numbers. He might have done mistakes in selecting his career. U can take me as an example.i am be(eee),mba(marketing&finance).both r unrelated.previously i have done technical job now doing marketing which i never like.but there is no other way as i did marketing.
