We are a given an CRM application to test.WE are provided with only with the documents.As this is my first testing assignemnt I dont know how to go about it.Kindly help me with identifying the scenarios.The CRM has lots of modules in it like campaigns,accounts,opportunities etc....each module has to be tested by looking into the docs provided.Kindly reply soon.
