Area of Rectangle

James could you give the answer and the approach. I could not figure out the way for solving this.

Let us say length of AB and BC are 3a,a. Then area of the rectagle is 3a^2.

By pythagoras theorem, 9a^2 + a^2 = 5^2
=> 10 a^2 = 25
=> a^2 = 2.5

therefore area of the rectanga is 7.5 Square units.
