in sdlc the phases are requirements specs followed by desingnig,coding,testing,production.

testing wich ur doing on any application and wich comprises of any specific domain like medical/insurance,automobile,finacial etc is domain testing and i feel moreover thre's nothing like domain...

last stage of vmodel is performing UAT once done with UAT bulid will be deployed in production environment
