how to create BC (Manual and scripted)

Please tell me the steps to create BC(scripted or manual) and the process to run them in QC..
How do we pass data to TestSets to make them run in Test LAb..
Its kinda urgent for me friends..

From bc i meant business components(scripted or manual). Its actually bpt process ie business process testing which is used nowdays in most automation projects.. Hope i made my question clear now.. Awaiting to hear from you soon thnks

This components are resubale so you can form a flow which you require. Automated componens are similare to keyword driven
