how long it wll take to prepare a test plan

We can not come into a solution that it will take certain amount of time for the preparation of the test plan.

Once you have got the all the details in place, such as <b>Time line, schedule, objective, the business requirements, technical requirements, tools used for testing, the team going to get involved, escalation points, risks and mitigation, the RAG factors, etc., </b> then it will take a maximum of three to four hours for the preparation of Test Plan.

After the test plan is prepared by a Test Lead, it will be reviewed by the Test Manager and then will be sent to the client for the approval.
