DataGridView Automatically Refreshes

I am using Visual studio 2005. Language C#.
I have designed an application that takes input from user in data grid view.
I am filling data grid view some columns programatically, while user can enter data in one column. The problem is that when user is entering data, then after some seconds, data grid view automatically refreshes, and display the old values that are present in datagridview before the entry of user. How can i stop this automatic refresh?

I think It is happening Due to the Event in which you have placed the logic of loading the DataGridView .For Example you might have placed code in Activate Event Best Way is to use load Event of the form.
