SilkTest 2006 Error : Window is not Active

Hi All,

I am using a .Net application. I have enabled the extension for the application. I am able to identify each .Net object properly. But whenever I write a small script to access those Objects I get "Window is not active" error.

For eg.
I have a window declaration for all the textfields in my application but when I try to run the following script,


[COLOR="Blue"]WorkBench.BenchmarkInfo.ModelFreeCash.SetFocus()
WorkBench.BenchmarkInfo.ModelFreeCash.SetText("")[/COLOR]


I get the following Error

[COLOR="Red"][ ] *** Error: Window '[SwfTextField]Model Free Cash|[SwfTextField]$txtModelFreeCash' is not active
[ ] Occurred in WorkBench.BenchmarkInfo.ModelFreeCash.SetText[/COLOR]


P.S. The textfield is active but still it says not active.

Kindly help me with this asap.

Hi dear Toolz,
you are going to set text of a control which is non-changeable like 'static text' control or 'label' control's 'settext' is not available this is ready only.

You are going to change the readonly properties of a control. Here this control is a 'static text' or 'label' control whose caption is ready only.
