    About Grade of Education in Interview

    If one did not get good marks or grade in school or college and if in the interview they are asked about this as why they did not do well in their school or college level how to face those questions.

    You can quote your extra curricular abilities and if you have won awards or prizes in that and you can focus that you did not pay attention to grades in school though it is important which you realized now but you have made very good in your extra curricular abilities. Also you could focus your work achievements and say that you have made it by making a good work service and achievements.
