What is your carrier achievements apart from academic. You don't qualify for those IT giants based on your 10th mark. Only knowledge of the subject will not fetch you a job you need working knowledge. Try to polish your skills and apply in small IT farms first.

I understand your frustration. Percentage does matter to a large extent, however Attitude, Aptitude also holds a certain amount of value. If you have good A&A, percentage wont matter. All you have to do is to brush up your skills further by means of test papers and constant interaction with friends and sharpen your skills, AND BE +VE. That will help.

1> BE + some YRS of technical work experience & next MBA. Short and long term is good.
2> BE with No technical experience & imm MBA is ok, short term ok, but u may loose your technical skills. You may end up with more of MBA applicability.

Choice is yours. But patience and preparation always wins.
