Do I need Certificates

I have completed my B.tech in 2005, but I have 2 backlogs which i am trying to pass those subjects but. If I apply for any jobs are they going to ask me certificates even though I show my work exp? Kindly help me.

Certificates are a must for any job just to prove your basic qualifications. and as you say you completed in 2005 ,but this is 2007 my dear. What were you doing all these days. U need to clear all those as soon as possible. I think u will get your final degree certificate only when u clear all your papers and if u complete this year ,yur certificate will show u are passed out of 2007 only.

hi naresh u need to have ur final certificates to join in any company. At first u try to clear ur backlogs and then try for the job.It is already 2 years completed so u need to clear as soon as possible.
