Hi,

Interviews questions means in which filed r u working in siebel.. I mean r u working in siebel config or EIm.

if you are working in siebel config.

here are the questions.

L2 support has to be follwoing skill set.

they have both funtional and tehcinacal skills.

1) hw u r getting tickets?
2)roles and resp
3)how u will assgin secondary position?
4) wt types of tickets u will handle?
5)hw will u treat change request? wt is the process to raise change request?
6)hw many serviorty levele u have in ur project?
7)hw will respond to the end user once u will find RCA?
8)if SRF changes reuqired for particular issue? wt you will do?
8) who will assign the tickets to you? what kind of tools r useing for tickets?

for EIM.

there is no diff support and dev questions in EIM


Please let me know if you required some more informatio0n.
