QTP 8.2 on Windows XP Home with SP2
I installed QTP 8.2 on a Windows XP Home desktop with SP2. After installation, when I start QTP, it first asks for the addins to be selected. After clicking OK, the splash screen of QTP appears for a second and then disappears. The system has sufficient memory and free disk space as per the requirements.
In the task manager I observed that the QTPro.exe process is getting killed after the splash screen comes and disappears. Any help would really be appreciated. |
