Hi
Does anyone know if its possible to produce SLA type reports from Test Director? e.g. We need to report on length of time a defect has actually been sat with us from start to finish (bearing in mind can be assigned to various other people at various times whilst we await information etc). The history tab captures actual 'times' but I can't seem to find a way of reporting what I need. Can you help? ![]() |
