Copy project from one PC to another

Hello,

I have a Web based project (Tomcat 6, jdk 6,Mysql 5.2,struts , jsp etc.) which runs perfectly on my PC. I want to copy the project to another PC which has the same environment as my PC.But it is not working. What is that I am missing?? Please help.It is very urgent.
