Hello,


I have set linesize 500. I am not able to see output entire line. Horizontal scroll bar is not working. Do I need to set any environmental value?

Try decreasing the buffer length from Options -----> Environment

Buffer length determines the amount of text that can be stored in the buffer. If length is more width is automatically truncated.

What is the minimum and maximum values that can be given for buffer length and what is the optimum value for buffer length?

Just check that from the menu Options-----> Environment in SQL* PLUS.
