Paypal (Payment and Refund Process) Integration

Hi,

I donot have any Previous Experience in Payment Gateway,But In our company that need to be implement and refund process suppose to implement.

If i pay to any company(For training center) for online course using paypal, that i need to get back if i not interrested the course using paypal(Refund).

Please give solution,and steps wise.
