Email GDG file name with generation number
I want to send mail as per the below format in jCL through MAILAWAY step
HI, DAILY CYCLE COMPLETED WITH FILE NAME: GRT.CLMS201D.S215.LR215.RAM.MIS(0) here instead of "GRT.CLMS201D.S215.LR215.RAM.MIS(0)" i want to send mail with version name like "GRT.CLMS201D.S215.LR215.RAM.MIS.G0768V00" . if you note this instead of (0) version number will be there "G0768V00". Can any one help me how to send mail along with GDG version

Hi .. At the end of you batch, you can introduce a new job which contains the XMITIP (Syntax is too long u may google this) tool to shoot a email and 'To' 'CC' 'BCC' can be passed as sysin data or from a seq file. You may mention the gdg version name as (0) in the sysin if XMITIP.
