Detailed Explination of Runtime settings in LoadRunner

I just started learning LoadRunner. I need some info regarding Run-Time Settings..
Like what Pacing, Log Information, Browser Emulation, Application Error Definition, Network(Proxy Settings), preferneces, Think Time mean????????
Like, how exactly do they work as we need to give parameteres to these?
Plz anyone reply me fast as i'm preparing for interview.............
