I am prepare for the interview. I have 1.5 years exp. in manual testing. Can any one tell me which question ask for experience people. Give any related answer you known.

As per my exp.

For a exp. tester the questions are asked from you previous answer.
So, best trick to grab the job is what so ever you speak, you should mind what more question interviewer can put up on you answer.

The questions are same for fresher and upto 2 year of exp. testers.

As Brijesh mentioned the questions will be as same as the fresher for the persons below 2 years of experience. Other than this you will be questioned below:
- The testing terminologies and concepts
- More technically towards the automation tools you are using in your project
- the current project you are working in
- the roles and responsibilities in the project you are working in.

Some of the questions which i got asked....

1. Tell me about your self and your current project
2. How you report the bugs
3. If you are given an application,what is your test approach


Ultimately interview questions cant be predicted.. because it depends on the interviewer and his mood....

Any one can help me this ? i am also preparing for interview? one of my friend too. And she got asked by interviewer this question. That was,what is the testing process or procedure?

Testing Process varies from Company to Company.

IMO process starts in Initial phase only.After the Func Specs are prepared ,test cases prepartion starts and parallely developer compltes their module.
Then Dev fills the Unit test cases when he compltes development.After Unit testing QA starts testing and reports the issues..
