Sharing NIC on a PC

Hi All,

I have installed two NIC on a system with win xp.I have VSAT terminal for internet connectivity.I need to share this connectivity onto the LAN consisting of about 100 nodes.
All the pc in LAN are provided with static IP's(192.168.0.N).
What process should I opt to assign IP's to the two NIC on ths system so that all the pc on network can access the internet?
