Report user msg in test result

This is a discussion on Report user msg in test result within the WinRunner forums, part of the Software Testing category; I have developed a test case where it calls test1, this test1 again calls test2. So how to report a user message of test2 in final test result....

Report user msg in test result

I have developed a test case where it calls test1, this test1 again calls test2. So how to report a user message of test2 in final test result.

Use report_mesg("Ur message"&variable_name) or tl_step functions. It will be displayed in final result.
