weakness:: Instead of confessing ur weakness, describe wht u like most and like least,making sure that u like most matches up with the most imp qualification for success in the position, and wht u like least is not essential.

Always start with you full name, then your educational Qalifications ,additional qualifications, You cuurent job with organisation name..and wat you are looking forward to?
Five years from now never say name of the positon rather say that you'll be in a responsible positions taking care of the important responsibilities and also utilising your skills in developing people . And also if you are taking care of the current responsibilities future opportunities will take care of itself.
