revenge on an internet thief

hello there this is my 1st post! i have recently discovered that somebody near where i live is stealing my internet connection. sure, i know i could just put the security measures back in place ( i took them off because it appeared to be disconnecting frequently - dont ask) but seeing as i have the mac address of the machine that is accessing my connection i wondered if it is possible to access the files and folders on their machine? i have tried 'map network drive' to see if their device is visible but it is not. is there software or an easy way that i could achieve this as i have heard it is possible. revenge is a dish best served with lots of erased folders......
