CITRIX Protocol

CITRIX Protocol

Can any one explain me about citrix protocol? And also please specify the differnce between html protocol and citrix protocol? How to set the recording options and start recording?

Hi,

Citrix protocol is meant for recording business flows that includes accessing first to a citrix server and then conducting some kind of business flow, while HTML protocol was designed for recording web based applications.

I would suggest you google for "Citrix deployment architecture" or something like that. This will lead you to better understand of what Citrix is and when to use it.

BTW: when LoadRunner records Citrix, it actually keeps images while in HTML it keeps the HTML source files.
