Hello, i have some tips on what to do immediately after joining a job[/ (1)remember the names of all the persons u are interacting with.write them down if u donot rember him.when u see him u should not fumble. If some people like to be called by their first names use it.do not try to be too formal. (2)do not use dirty jokes at any social gathering where ur seniors are involved. (3)everyone in the office has his/her strength and weaknesses.learn to recognize and use them (4)do not commit to anyone(he may be ur senior/junior) unless u are sure of commiting it.u may leave an escape route open by saying ''i will try";or "i will check it out". (5)do not spread rumours (6)spend more time in meeting and talking to people even it means giving less attention to your technical skills (7)avoid making the same mistake twice (8)take ownership of ur work.
