How to present my answer
In many interviews the interviewer questions whether they can contact my present employer. But how can I say no for this question. Suggest me how can I present my answer in a best way.

Janelyn!!! There is nothing wrong in saying that they must not contact your present employer unless you get confimed appointment from them. Because even they are employers and they would definetly understand your situtaion provided you explain them.
