Using another prompt table

1. Im using a delivered record on my page but I want to use another prompt table without changing the existing prompt table on the delivered record.

2. Upon save, how can I update the records (which is used in the custom page) with the values entered on MI_ITM_VENDOR custom page.

3. How can I grant the PSORPDEFN.OPRID update access to item pages with the indicated protected statuses to a securiy configuration record (PRO_SECURITY.PRO_ITEM).
