We can not come into a solution that it will take certain amount of time for the preparation of the test plan.
Once you have got the all the details in place, such as Time line, schedule, objective, the business requirements, technical requirements, tools used for testing, the team going to get involved, escalation points, risks and mitigation, the RAG factors, etc., then it will take a maximum of three to four hours for the preparation of Test Plan. After the test plan is prepared by a Test Lead, it will be reviewed by the Test Manager and then will be sent to the client for the approval. |
